General Job Description
Provides on‐site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.
Prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground‐shipped to U.S. domestic FedEx locations for FedEx distribution in the U.S.
Coordinates loading of shipments at customer's location to meet customer's shipping schedules and requirements.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
