On Site Service Representative

Full-time position located at Camino a Nativitas Km 100 S/N Parque Industrial Vesta, Colon 76295, Querétaro, Q. U. M. exico. Role involves performing a variety of on‑site customer service duties to support efficient preparation of packaging, loading, and transporting customer shipments to U.S. domestic FedEx origination locations from international locations. The employee responds to customers’ needs, including product, service, and shipping information, and identifies problems and resolutions to ensure quality customer service.

• Provides on‑site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services, ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.
