Lm56a: project engineer

Involves leading high impact strategic projects at the regional level or above. To evaluate, design, and implement interfacing with field management, manpower, and systems projects designed to reduce operating expenses, increase revenue, and enhance customer service.

Responsibilities Consults with management in such vital areas as field operations, new service and products, and procedures. Develops procedures, prepares, and monitors long‑range plans for each station and district and provides analysis regarding expansion, new products, procedures, vehicles, equipment, manpower, and facility needs. Provides technical assistance to field personnel through workshops, station reviews, seminars, and one‑on‑one sessions in areas such as operations, manning, IMS, FAMIS, COSMOS, contingency planning, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
