Role purpose
To have a detailed understanding of the Logistics Business from a technical and operational perspective for Internal and External customers.
To act as an IT consultant at key stages of a project and providing possible solutions. Analysis & capture of business requirements, specifications of enhancements or development work.
To Lead and support IT projects that do not require entry into the DHL PMO database.
