Live-In Care Supervisor (multi‑site)

Location: Bromley, Sevenoaks, Lewisham and Southwark – covering the London Boroughs of Lewisham, Southwark, Bromley and Sevenoaks (Kent). Contract: Office

Salary: £27,000 – £28,500 per annum (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to new enquiries assigned to you
• Carry out assessments of potential new customers’ needs; conduct risk assessments; write and review Care Plans
• Ensure that care is being delivered to a consistently high standard in adherence to agreed Care Plans and Bluebird Care’s policies and procedures
• Respond swiftly to any requested changes to Care Plans or when changes in needs become apparent
• Report concerns, complaints or identified training needs back to the Registered Manager, participate in investigations as directed and ensure resulting action points are implemented
