We are looking for a highly motivated Live-In Superintendent for one of our upscale condominiums.

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Site Location: Oakville, ON

Compensation: $43,680 / year

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment
• Report all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism, and supply inventory to the Property Manager
• Respond to emergencies, interact with contractors and building residents
• Inspect mechanical rooms and handle garbage
• Get familiar with every room in the building
• Perform painting touch‑ups and small repairs in common areas
• Follow and improve procedures, follow up on requests
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance
