Litigation Paralegal

McInnes Cooper is seeking a
Litigation Paralegal to join our team in a full‑time permanent position. This opportunity is available for remote work within the Atlantic Provinces, and you may also work onsite/hybrid from any of our seven office locations (Halifax, Sydney, St. John’s, Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, and Charlottetown).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the preparation of Affidavits of Documents and document production, maintain undertakings, and prepare and register judgments.
• Use e‑discovery technology to manage large, document‑intensive files.
• Assist in preparation for and attend discoveries, trials, and hearings as requested.
• Communicate with clients, opposing parties, witnesses, and court personnel.
• Provide full‑cycle support with pleadings and affidavits of documents.
• Provide full‑cycle support for discoveries, trial, and hearing processes.
