Clean Harbors is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney to manage a significant portfolio of auto accident and tort litigation.We are seeking candidates with experience that aligns with the following key responsibilities: (a) engaging with and overseeing outside counsel, (b) serving as an intermediary between the business and outside counsel, (c) coordinating claims management with our internal risk management team and third-party insurers, (d) establishing litigation budgets and financial reserves, and (e) providing data-driven insights to business leaders to actively mitigate future litigation risk and claim exposure.
