Key Duties:Develop and execute litigation strategies in coordination with internal and external teams
Work on litigation in Alberta Court of Kings Bench and Saskatchewan Court of Kings Bench
Qualifications:5–10 years of litigation experience, with exposure to Aboriginal or constitutional law
Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
Experience with professional responsibility matters considered an asset
Superior organizational and time management skills
Flexible and adaptable to constantly changing needs within the firm
