Liquor Operations Manager (Southern Drakensberg, KZN)

Our client is seeking a proactive, motivated and hands-on Liquor Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of six retail liquor stores. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent organisational skills, a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the business. While previous retail or liquor industry experience will be advantageous, the client is primarily looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for retail operations and the commitment to support and grow the business.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Order stock for all six liquor stores.

2. Maintain the approved product range across all stores.

3. Monitor and review staff rosters for each store.

4. Ensure stock takes are completed accurately, on schedule and submitted timeously.

5. Monitor and maintain gross profit (GP) margins across all stores.

6. Conduct regular audits of the retail database and inventory records.
