LinkedIn & Email Outreach Specialist (Software/AI Services)

Sprout is a Karachi-based software studio building AI-powered MVPs, SaaS platforms, and mobile/web apps for founders across the US, UK, and Middle East. We've shipped 27+ products and work directly with founders — from idea-stage non-technical founders to funded startups whose AI-generated vibe-coded products need to scale or get fixed. We're hiring our first dedicated outreach specialist to help us find and start conversations with our next clients.

What you'll do

• Identify and research potential clients on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, and other platforms — founders building AI SaaS/apps who need a technical partner, and founders whose AI-built products are breaking under real usage
• Warm up prospects through genuine engagement (comments, thoughtful replies) before reaching out directly
• Send personalized connection requests and DMs from our founder's LinkedIn profile, matching his voice and tone
