**Team Lead – Environmental & Linen Services**
**Role Summary**
Serves as a working supervisor responsible for coordinating daily operations of the Environmental Services (EVS) and Linen Services departments. Ensures a clean, safe, and compliant hospital environment across patient care, clinical, public, and office areas. Acts as the shift leader in the absence of management while actively performing housekeeping and floor care duties.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Leadership & Team Coordination**
+ Lead and supervise EVS and linen staff during assigned shifts
+ Assign daily workloads and adjust staffing based on operational needs
+ Conduct shift start-up, check-in/check-out, and end-of-shift debriefings
+ Serve as acting supervisor in the absence of management
+ Promote Trinity Health Culture
