Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the organization, sorting, inventory, and administrative management of the Linen Room department.
Ensure the flawless quality, cleanliness, and presentation of all hotel linen, guest laundry, and staff uniforms.
Manage the distribution of linen to the Housekeeping staff and handle guest dry cleaning requests with utmost care.
Control the quality of work from external laundry providers and report any discrepancies or damages.
Anticipate and adjust linen stock levels based on hotel occupancy and daily business activity.
Carry out small sewing adjustments, ironing, and repairs on linens or guest garments when required.
Ensure strict compliance with Barrière Group procedures, hygiene protocols, and LQA (Luxury Quality Assessment) standards.
