**Job Description**

**Lead a team of manufacturing associates and coordinate the performance, safety, quality, and efficiency of a molding line throughout the scheduled shift. Drive continuous improvement (BD Excellence), provide mentorship to team members, resolve issues proactively, and ensure adherence to company policies, good manufacturing practices, personal protective equipment protocols, and safety standards while upholding BD Values.**
