Line Shift Lead – Production
Location: Balclutha – Permanent Full‑Time
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Line Shift Lead to join our Production team in Balclutha. In this role you will lead a shift team of Equipment Owners, coordinating day‑to‑day manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement to meet production, quality, safety, and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate shift operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and performance targets.
