Line Leader (Ramos Arizpe)

As a LINE SUPERVISOR, you will accomplish the production program, leading the work group under your responsibility, according to the safety, efficiency and quality policies established by our company and customers.

You will report directly to our Production Coordinator at our Ramos Arizpe plant.

• Start and stop the line in compliance with the safety standards established by our company.
• Coordinate and assign daily activities to the personnel under your charge.
• Fill and control of documents and production records.
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of team members through our software.

• Bachelor's degree or industrial engineering with at least one year of validated experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of risk‑based thinking and basic tools such as IATF ***** and ISO ****.
• Handle and implement the APQP methodology.
