Job Description
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure food is cooked and presented properly before serving
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Monitor food inventory and report shortages to the chef or supervisor
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand
