To receive guests in the most hospitable manner. All guests arriving to the hotel will be welcomed and departing guests fare-welled in the most courteous and friendly manner. To receive and ensure correct delivery of guests' luggage to and from rooms, airport and cars and assist all guests with inquiries and requests. To ensure guests cars are parked and collected without damage at all times providing efficient and courteous service to hotel guests and visitors
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests at the main entrance with the greeting appropriate to the time of day
- Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors
- Adhere to guest check-in and check-out procedures pertaining to luggage handling
- Assist guests with heavy packages, coats, suitcase, etc. courteously and quickly, before having to be asked
