Lighting Unit Supervisor, Destia, Greater Helsinki Area

As a supervisor in the Western Uusimaa maintenance projects, you will lead the road lighting maintenance and upkeep team, ensuring work progresses safely, on schedule, and with quality as part of a professional group.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor lighting maintenance work in the field.
• Operate and manage maintenance team projects in the lighting unit, aligning with client requirements.
• Coordinate resources and resourcing activities for projects.
• Calculate contracts and procure materials for maintenance and construction projects.
• Produce reporting and administrative documentation.
• Collaborate with client interfaces and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical power engineering.
• 1–2 years of work experience in electrical power engineering.
• Strong Excel and overall IT skills.
• Fluent in Finnish; good English language skills.
