About the Role
This role is about ensuring residential lifts stay safe and reliable. You will be responsible for the hands-on maintenance and repair work needed to keep our community moving safely every day.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and safety inspections on lift systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and passenger entrapments.
Test and commission lifts to ensure they meet BCA safety standards.
Manage service records and issue work orders for contractor repairs.
Collaborate with stakeholders on modernization and upgrading projects.
Maintain tools and ensure a tidy workspace.
Requirements:
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline with 2-4 years of experience in lift/escalator maintenance, building services, or a similar technical field.
