Position Title: Lift Service Technician
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am - 12.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities- Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of lifts
- Replace parts and perform basic repairs as needed
- Respond to and resolve lift breakdowns promptly
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in lift systems
- Complete inspection checklists and maintenance records accurately
- Ensure all work is carried out according to safety standards and company procedures
- Communicate with building management and customers on site issues or service updates
- Join a 24‑hour standby emergency service on a rotating schedule
