Lifestyle Curator, Social Healthcare- AAC

Reporting to the Senior Centre Manager/ Centre Manager (CM)/ Assistant Centre Manager (ACM)/ Senior Executive, Social Healthcare, the Executive works closely with the Centre in charge to manage the daily operations of the assigned Assisted Living Communities (ALC) so that it can fulfill its intended purposes as stipulated by the AIC, funders and LBSA.

• Outreaching to senior of interest based on AIC’s PHV data
• Outreaching to young senior aged 50 year and above

• Assist to promote and advertise ALC programme to seniors and young seniors (not limiting to Queenstown)
• Assess and recruit new seniors as members by using the Community Screener Tool & other trained required tools
• Tier new member according to the given criteria
• Assist to engage community partners, build effective and sustainable partnerships...
