We are looking for a Lifeguard Supervisor to join our recreation team and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests at our aquatic facilities. This role is essential in creating a secure well-managed environment that reflects the spirit of adventure community and authenticity of our retreat.

Safety & Guest Supervision

• Oversee lifeguard operations ensuring all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
• Monitor aquatic areas and respond promptly to any incidents providing first aid or emergency support as needed.
• Conduct regular safety checks of pools equipment and facilities to maintain a secure environment.
• Ensure lifeguard team members are attentive vigilant and performing duties to the highest standard.
