POSITION SUMMARY

Use appropriate rescue techniques if observing swimmers who need assistance. Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions unusual or unsafe activities and swimmers who are struggling. Take chemical readings to test pool and Jacuzzi water and add designated chemicals at scheduled times. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. Wash mop and clean the pool deck.
