Life Skills Coordinator – Job Description

The Leadership Academy Facilitator works under the supervision of the Gateway Project Manager to assess students’ development needs and deliver Leadership Academy modules through interactive sessions and activities. They ensure the implementation of the Leadership Academy curriculum by developing sessions and teaching materials, and develop pre‑, formative and summative assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of sessions. They collaborate with the Manager to refine lessons and improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
