Life-Cycle Services Lead ProProcess is a specialist process engineering company and an engineering solution provider that builds modular process plants, operating both locally and internationally.
Purpose of the role: The Life-Cycle Services (LCS) Lead is responsible for executing and continuously improving the Life-Cycle Services function, ensuring reliable, responsive, and value-driven support to installed plants across spares supply, technical support, remote monitoring, and service coordination.
The role ensures that all life-cycle activities—including warranty, spares fulfilment, technical support, condition monitoring, and service delivery—are executed efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with defined SLAs and operational standards.
