Lieutenant for Security and Control - Detention Center

SUMMARY:

Under general direction from the Assistant Director, the position serves as ranking supervisor and a member of the Detention Center Command Staff. Accomplishing the goals and objectives of Detention by overseeing, supervising, and coordinating the daily operations and activities of team members. Ensures the successful completion of department functions in accordance with the strategic goals, objectives, and mission of Lea County and within established policies and procedures, and applicable county, state, and federal regulations.
