Licensed Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist Job in Nashville, Tennessee / Home Health Care

We are seeking a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time contract opportunity for a home care position in Nashville, TN.
The Speech Therapist provides speech language pathology services in the home setting in accordance with the physician's plan of care to improve or restore the patient's communication skills and/or oral motor function.
Responsibilities included but not limited to are:
-Disorders treated by the Speech Language Pathologist include disorders related to speech, language, cognition, communication, voice, swallowing and fluency
-Obtains physician verbal orders for services and prepares interim order forms accordingly for MD signature as needed
-Submits reports of patient status for insurance authorization in a timely manner
