General Function

The Licensed Team Lead creates exceptional value in the lives of customers and patients by delivering exceptional customer service. Ensures customers and patients are always delighted. Assists in the achievement of store success by managing key optical and lab processes (if applicable) and systems to exceptional results.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and solution-driven customer service, ensuring accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, and support sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Under current and valid state Opticianry license: provide expertise and product knowledge on lens choices based on patients’ vision needs and prescriptions; adjust and/or repair eyewear as needed; present and dispense eyewear; perform accurate digital measurements.
