Job Description
Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA) Job Summary Provides individuals, families, and groups with the support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses.
The LPHA is responsible for performing clinical activities such as independent assessments, treatment plans, andother treatment documents as directed by the treatment plan of the client's identified need(s).
This position interfaceswith the treatment team for outpatient services and authorizes the medical necessity of services as indicated.
TheLPHA may provide monitoring, clinical supervision, and training staff as certain clinical sites.
This role consists of creating and managing provider care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical need(s) of the client.
