Duties/Responsibilities:

Medication administration

Charge nurse role for oversight of CNA's to monitor care provided

Monitor effectiveness of the patient/resident plan of care

Participate in the care planning process

Reporting to nurse manager/nursing supervisor/ADON

Requirements/Qualifications:

Valid LPN Practical Nurse License

CPR Certification
