**_Position Purpose:_** The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership and direction over the planning and operations of the skilled nursing community that includes operating plans and related operating and capital budgets, development and implementation of standardized policies and procedures, clinical integration, property management, resident relations, marketing, community outreach, etc.

**_What you will do:_**

· Promote and maintain collaborative relationships with managers, peers, direct reports and customers by effectively fostering a team environment, building consensus and resolving conflicts.
