As a licensed professional reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll be an essential part of Northview's Residential team. This role involves performing plumbing and renovation work, carrying out preventative maintenance on various heating systems, and assisting in inventory control. Working alongside maintenance technicians, you will ensure proper functioning of heating systems and respond to emergency call-outs when necessary.
