Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7/8

Job Descriptions . Perform monthly inspections on electrical tools and equipment to ensure they are safe for use as needed. . Approve and update the single line diagram to meet site requirements and complete the Certificate of Fitness turn-on form. . Prepare tenders and quotations for maintenance and project-related work. . Engage in project planning, material requisition, cost management, project oversight, and documentation. . Plan, prepare, and oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E equipment. . Supervise and manage vendors, contractors, and in-house technicians to monitor work progress and coordinate with client representatives on technical issues. . Lead a team of supervisors and technicians to ensure maximum uptime of M&E systems and their equipment. . Ensure all tasks are performed safely and adhere to safety procedures. . Handle any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned. . Perform any other assigned duties as needed.
