Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Orthopedic Surgery)

Description

Our Santa Monica Hospital is seeking to hire a full time Clinical Social Worker to join our Orthopedic Surgery Department. You will provide a wide range of direct social work services including assessment, intervention, and recommendations to individual Orthopedic Oncology patients and their families. You will primarily work in our Santa Monica location however you may be required to float to our Westwood location.Salary range: $55.63/hr - $66.48/hrQualifications

+ Master's Degree in Social Work
+ Valid California CSW License
+ Strong ability to build rapport with patients and families
+ Demonstrated ability to complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
+ Demonstrated skill in psychosocial assessments of patients and families
+ Excellent organizational, self-management, and time-management skills
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
