Job Description

Position Purpose

The candidate will manage and administer licences’ lifecycle with external and internal partners (such as SExO, Sales, Legal or Finance).

Reports To: Vice President – Partnership Management.

Responsibilities

  • Collect overdue/collection invoices from partners.
  • Administer license agreements, maintain statistics and royalties, and follow up.
  • Manage license agreements for over 60 vendors.
  • Facilitate internal logistics and STB resources.
  • Communicate with partners and provide internal communication regarding partner information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international environment.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Legal knowledge is valuable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive and results‑oriented with a can‑do attitude.
  • Fast learner.
