Level 3 Job Coach (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract) - Wellingborough Campus

We’re looking for a Job Coach L3 at our state-of-the-art Wellingborough campus. This is a fixed-term position for one year, starting in September 2026.

This is a role for someone who sees potential, builds trust quickly, and believes that the right support, at the right time, can genuinely change a person’s future.
