Role Overview
TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to join our Customer Success department. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical issues.
- Collaborate with the Level 1 support team to elevate complex problems.

Qualifications
