Charlton Wood Primary Academy are looking to appoint two Level 2 Teaching Partners to work across the school in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Salary: BG7, N8-N11 £26,824 - £28,142 FTE (BG7, N8-N11 (Actual Salary £21,555.77 - £22,614.91)

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only + Insets 

Days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm, Wednesday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 34 hours per week

Closing date: Thursday 9th July 2026 at 9am

Interview date: Tuesday 14th July 2026

The role will include a mixture of class-based activities and small group intervention, including 1:1 work. The successful applicant will include the delivery of specific interventions and an individualised curriculum to SEND pupils in line with their needs or EHCPs, working under the direction of the class teacher, SENCO and external agencies.
