In this full-time position, you'll oversee optical processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Your leadership will guide the team to provide superior service while assisting in sales and operational tasks. You'll also receive training to ensure that every pair of glasses meets LensCrafters' high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences at all times
• Train and guide associates on product knowledge and processes
• Provide recommendations and assist customers in product selection
• Act as an alternate key holder for the store
• Maintain and clean lab tools and systems if applicable
