Legal Secretary – Healthcare
International law firm with a busy team are hiring a Legal Secretary for their Healthcare team who are part of a leading Litigation department. This role would support a Partner and a number of Associates.

Stunning offices in Dublin 2 offering hybrid working with three days onsite.

Your duties will include:
Proactive administrative support to fee-earners.

Preparation of documents for court.

Diary, mailbox and travel planning including drafting responses in absence of fee-earners, creation of detailed itineraries and managing upcoming clashes / prioritising meetings.

Meeting preparation – drafting agendas and minutes, organising refreshments, coordinating technical equipment or links for virtual meetings.

Document production and management according to house style, coordinating with document teams where required for larger documents.
