Job Description

Legal PA Banking
An experienced Legal PA, is required for a leading Irish law firm.

Hybrid arrangement – four days onsite until probation is complete, reducing to three days onsite following successful completion.

This role will not suit FE1 candidates or those intending to pursue a training contract.

This role will require:
Strong experience in complex document production and formatting including: large commercial contracts, redlining, tracking changes.

Experience using billing software, time allocation and invoice preparation.

Managing diaries and organising of client meetings.

Digital dictation skills and ability to type efficiently and accurately.
