What You’ll Do

• Oversee the legal tech, knowledge management, case support, documentation and administrative functions within the team.
• Lead initiatives related to contract lifecycle management, matter management, and compliance tracking.
• Create and monitor department budgets, track spending, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Manage a team of paralegals and legal operations staff, including assigning tasks, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews.
• Serve as a key liaison between the legal department and other business functions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate training and professional development for the Legal Operations team.
