Act as in-house counsel to provide professional legal advice and support Responsible in ensuring that corporate regulatory requirements are complied with and across relevant jurisdictions Draft, review and advise on general legal and business documentation Work closely with external parties/internal departments to ensure the group of companies in compliance with regulatory requirements in company secretarial perspective Organize board meetings and assist in preparing/reviewing/translating corporate announcements with legal angle Seek consultation and co-ordinate with outside counsel and relevant professional advisers Requirement: :
