Job Description
To serve as an intern in the Basel legal team, reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate. We are looking for an intern with interest in corporate matters, contracting, and AI technology tools.

- Supporting role in a global rollout of a Contract Life Cycle Management Tool.
- Drafting and harmonizing a full suite of contracts.
- Support with respect to all other legal aspects of work on M&A, transactions and strategic projects, as required.
- Act as a business legal partner with internal clients of the company.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by General Counsel, Corporate and Associate General Counsel, Corporate.
