Role Overview
This role supports the General Counsel and legal team across governance support, intellectual property administration, contract support and legal operations in a listed-company and international business environment.
The successful candidate will take ownership of recurring, execution-heavy legal workstreams, maintain high-quality records and trackers, improve visibility and discipline across key legal processes, and escape issues requiring legal judgment appropriately.
This is a high-trust, hands-on role for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working independently, while knowing when to escape non-routine or higher-risk matters. The role is ideal for a legal infrastructure builder with enough legal capability to operate safely and support a scalable, well-controlled legal function.
