Legal Counsel/Regional/MNC/5 days week/West/Max $5500

Assisting the SVP Legal and Compliance and work closely with legal managers and officers, legal members, compliance members, internal auditors, finance teams and other teams in various legal and related areas as may be required of the Legal function.

Regional Activities

• Collaborate with regional teams to establish and improve legal processes to support on going activities.
• Support legal and related documentation standardisation and consistency across the region.
• Develop and implement structured legal risk assessment and escalation procedures across the region.
• Compile, review and assess contractual and legal risks across the region and follow‑up.
• Inter‑departmental and regional collaboration to achieve coordinated and efficient outcomes on matters of common interest.
• Support drafting, preparation and review of legal agreements, templates and documents.
