Job Description
Responsibilities Legal Advisory
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and dispute resolution across SEA jurisdictions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements in the region.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including consultancy agreements, joint ventures, and procurement contracts.
- Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws and company policies.
- Handle pre‑litigation and litigation matters, including managing external counsel and advising on strategies for dispute resolution.
