We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to provide legal advice and support across a wide range of corporate and land matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and providing practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders. This role also involves handling corporate governance matters, liaising with government agencies and external counsel, and supporting the organization's strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
