Legal Counsel (Madrid)

Legal Counsel Serve as Legal Counsel supporting Hospitality Travel Intelligence business unit. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day legal support across the business, engaging product, sales, account, finance, R&D, operations, CISO, Risk & Compliance, IP and regulatory teams. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (Saa S, data licensing, technology partner and data distribution agreements) and support partner and vendor relationships. Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to senior stakeholders, contribute to product launch reviews and Go‑to‑Market strategies. Advise on applicable regulatory, compliance and data governance frameworks and lead coordination on compliance, data privacy, and data governance matters. Support cross‑functional initiatives that expand Travel Intelligence offerings and ensure alignment with broader commercial objectives.
